We have a wide range of experience organising exhibitions, conferences, VIP events and customised corporate hospitality. We will organise the event, prepare and deliver the pre- and post event communications in order to drive attendance and liaise with the press to ensure maximum PR opportunities are exploited.  Recent events have benefited from integrated printed DM, email and social media which has ensured that the most sort after customers have attended the events and provided the sales teams with excellent sales opportunities.

 

EVENTS INCLUDE:​

  • Conference for over 200 customers including international visitors

  • Corporate hospitality for 100+ guests

  • VIP entertainment for Blue Chip CEOs 

  • Complete management of exhibitions at venues including the NEC, Olympia in the UK and shows in Altanta, Chicago and Hanover.  Full project management including stand design and build, equipment and graphics, pre and post show DM, PR and resources management.

 

Many thanks…the whole event was thought provoking and stimulating and I particularly enjoyed the Social Media presentation… there was obviously a huge amount of effort to arrange the event and make it run so smoothly.
